Kids’ Caribbean-Style Chicken Curry (Serves 1-2)

Although West Indian food can tend to be spicy, our version incorporates all of the classic, sweet flavours of the Caribbean just without the chilli. Suffolk chicken breast is slowly simmered in a rich and aromatic curry paste, tomatoes and coconut milk. Traditionally served with peas, these are added at the last minute to preserve their sweetness.

Chicken Breast (30%), Tomatoes, Coconut Milk (Coconut Extract, Water), Onion, Peas, Peppers (Red, Green & Yellow), Carrot, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Red Wine Vinegar, Cornflour, Allspice, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Thyme, Salt
Cooking Instructions
This product is best cooked from FROZEN.
To MICROWAVE remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power for two minutes, stir well, then cook for another 1-2 minutes.
To cook in the OVEN, remove sleeve and film lid. Cover the tray with foil and place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 180C fan for 25 - 30 minutes. Stir well before serving.
