Veggie Shepherd’s Pie


(Serves 1-2)

You can’t beat a hearty Shepherd’s Pie, and we promise your kids won’t miss the meat in this delicious veggie version. A tomato and veg-packed sauce with added protein-rich lentils, topped with creamy mashed potato and grated cheddar cheese. Ready in just four minutes from frozen, although we recommend giving it a couple of minutes under the grill before serving, just to crisp up the cheese!


Sauce (55%) Tomatoes, Onion, Butternut Squash, Carrot, Celery, Peppers (Red, Green & Yellow), Green Lentils, Tomato Puree, Garlic, Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Thyme, Paprika, Black Pepper
Mashed Potato (40%) (Potato, Butter, Milk) Cheddar Cheese (5%) (Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Potato Starch)

Cooking Instructions
This product is best cooked from FROZEN.
To MICROWAVE remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power for 3-4 minutes.
To cook in the OVEN, remove sleeve and film lid. Cover the tray with foil and place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 180C fan for 30 - 35 minutes.
