Mild Veggie Tikka Curry


(Serves 1-2)

A veg-packed version of our classic tikka curry – sweet potato, potato and chickpeas are sautéed in an aromatic curry paste containing carrots and peppers, then simmered in coconut milk and tomatoes to create a mild yet rich vegetarian curry.

Cooking Instructions
This product is best cooked from FROZEN. 
To MICROWAVE remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power for two minutes, stir well, then cook for another 1-2 minutes.
To cook in the OVEN, remove sleeve and film lid. Cover the tray with foil and place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 180C fan for 25 - 30 minutes. Stir well before serving.
