Mild Jerk Chicken Curry


(Serves 1-2)

Although Jerk Chicken is traditionally a spicy dish, our version incorporates all of the classic, sweet flavours of the Caribbean but contains no chilli at all. The chicken is slowly simmered in a rich jerk paste, tomato and coconut milk. Usually served with peas, these are added at the last minute to preserve their sweetness.

Cooking Instructions
This product is best cooked from FROZEN.
To MICROWAVE remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power for two minutes, stir well, then cook for another 1-2 minutes.
To cook in the OVEN, remove sleeve and film lid. Cover the tray with foil and place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 180C fan for 25 - 30 minutes. Stir well before serving.
