Family-Size Mild Veggie Tikka Curry


(Serves 4)

A veg-packed version of our classic tikka curry – sweet potato, cauliflower and chickpeas are sautéed in an aromatic curry paste containing carrots and peppers, then simmered in coconut milk and tomatoes to create a mild yet rich plant-based curry.
(All of our meals are low in salt so adults may wish to add a little extra seasoning to their meal.)

Best cooked from FROZEN. Appliances may vary.
MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power for 4 - 5 minutes, stir well, then cook for another 4 - 5 minutes.
OVEN: Remove sleeve and film lid. Cover the tray with foil and place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 200C (180C fan) for 50 - 55 mins. Stir well before serving.
Ensure product is piping hot all the way through before serving.
