Family-Size Mild Chicken Tikka Curry


(Serves 4)

We’re always thinking about how we can cram more vegetables into a meal, and whilst developing the Jess Cooks range, we came up with the idea of adding carrots and peppers to our curry pastes to bring an element of natural sweetness. For this dish, Suffolk chicken breast is combined with a tikka paste and coconut milk to create a mild yet flavoursome chicken tikka curry which is perfect for the whole family.
(All of our meals are low in salt so adults may wish to add a little extra seasoning to their meal.)

Cooking Instructions
Best cooked from FROZEN. Appliances may vary.
MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power for 4 - 5 minutes, stir well, then cook for another 4 - 5 minutes.
OVEN: Remove sleeve and film lid. Cover the tray with foil and place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 200C (180C fan) for 50 - 55 mins. Stir well before serving.
Ensure product is piping hot all the way through before serving.
