Family-Size Caribbean-Style Chicken Curry


(Serves 4)

Although West Indian food can tend to be spicy, our version incorporates all of the classic, sweet flavours of the Caribbean just without the chilli. Suffolk chicken breast is slowly simmered in a rich and aromatic curry paste, tomatoes and coconut milk. Traditionally served with peas, these are added at the last minute to preserve their sweetness.
(All of our meals are low in salt so adults may wish to add a little extra seasoning to their meal.)

Cooking Instructions
Best cooked from FROZEN. Appliances may vary.
MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power for 4 - 5 minutes, stir well, then cook for another 4 - 5 minutes.
OVEN: Remove sleeve and film lid. Cover the tray with foil and place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 200C (180C fan) for 50 - 55 mins. Stir well before serving.
Ensure product is piping hot all the way through before serving.
