Bolognese is a firm favourite in most households, but it benefits from a slow, gentle simmer, so it’s not something you can knock up at the last minute. That’s where Jess Cooks comes in! We’ve upped the veg content by adding carrots, pepper and courgette, then we cook it low and slow to create a rich and delicious bolognese sauce.
Tomatoes, Minced Beef (25%), Onions, Carrot, Peppers (Red, Green & Yellow), Courgette, Tomato Puree, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, Mixed Herbs (Basil, Oregano, Sage, Parsley, Marjoram). May contain traces of celery and mustard.
This product is best cooked from FROZEN.
To MICROWAVE remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power for two minutes, stir well, then cook for another 1-2 minutes.
To cook in the OVEN, remove sleeve and film lid. Cover the tray with foil and place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 180C fan for 25 - 30 minutes. Stir well before serving.
