We want to be as up front as possible about our delivery costs. There’s nothing worse than spending time ordering something online, only to get a nasty surprise at the checkout when you find out the shipping cost.
There are fantastic advantages to being a frozen product (less waste, no need for nasty preservatives, better retention of flavour and texture) but it does mean that if your order is to reach you in tip top condition, our products have to be transported in fully insulated packaging and delivered to you within 24 hours. None of this comes cheap, but we promise that we don’t charge a penny more for delivery than we absolutely have to.

How often are orders sent out?
Orders are dispatched by overnight courier every Monday and Wednesday, so your order must be received by 5pm the day before, otherwise it will be sent out on the next delivery day.
Where do you deliver to?
We can deliver to anywhere in mainland UK (excluding more remote areas of the Scottish Highlands).
Do I need to be at home to receive the delivery?
No, the courier should send you a message to let you know a delivery window. But if you’re not going to be at home you can instruct them to leave it in a safe place. Your order will be happy in its insulated packaging until about 6pm on the day of delivery.
Will I get a time slot for delivery?
Yes - as long as you provide a mobile number when you place your order, the delivery company will give you a time slot for delivery.
