Homemade Tortilla Chips

A brilliant way to create a tasty snack from tortilla wraps that are a bit past their best. Perfect for dipping in hummus, guacamole or a homemade tomato salsa!

Ingredients (Serves 4)

4 tortilla wraps 
Olive oil 
Ground cumin
Ground coriander


Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan) 

Cut the wraps into 8 triangles and lay them on a baking tray in a single layer (you’ll need to bake them in batches)

Drizzle each side with olive oil, and sprinkle with a little of the paprika, cumin and coriander and a pinch of salt

Bake for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy

Tip: these will stay fresh for several days in a ziplock bag!
